NOTICE OF PUBLIC INFORMATIONAL MEETING
2008 – HASLETT & OKEMOS ROAD
INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
The staff of the Ingham
County Road Commission will hold a public informational meeting on Thursday,
May 1, 2008, from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. for the purpose of discussing and
reviewing the plans for the 2008 intersection improvements at Haslett Road and
Okemos Road. The project will consist
of adding a center left turn lane along Haslett Road, a right turn lane for
northbound Okemos Road, signal improvements, watermain work, storm sewer work,
and optimization of the signal timing.
The meeting will be held at the Meridian Charter Township offices located at 5151 Marsh Road, Okemos, Michigan 48864.
Any
person wishing to present comments on the project is invited to be present;
however, if a person wishing to present a written statement or an exhibit at
the meeting cannot be present, he/she may convey that statement or exhibit to
the Ingham County Road Commission by addressing those comments to the Director
of Engineering and mailing it to 301 bush street, P.O. Box 38, Mason, Michigan
48854. Communications via e-mail will
be accepted and can be sent to roads@inghamcrc.org.
The
Ingham County Road Commission will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids
and services, such as interpreters for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of
printed materials being considered at the meeting for the visually impaired,
for individuals with disabilities at the meeting upon five (5) working days
notice to the Ingham County Road Commission.
