8.             Board to review and consider for approval, the following items for the Director of Engineering:

 

A.                   Willoughby Road, Delhi Township, - Commercial Drive Variance Request.

B.                   2010 City of Mason and City of Williamston Pavement Marking Agreement.

C.                   Michigan/Grand River Avenue Transportation Study (Information Only).

D.                   Merganser Drive Stop Sign Installation Request.

E.                   Meridian Township Non-Motorized Inter-Agency Contract and Construction Contract.

F.                   Preliminary Plat of Sanctuary #2, Meridian Township.

G.                   Mt. Hope Road ICRC/MDOT Construction Contract. And Inter-Agency Agreements.

H.                   2010 Traffic Counts for Model Calibration.

I.                     Typical Engineering Department Effort- Local Matching Program.
