NOTICE that the Board of Ingham County Road Commissioners has scheduled a
special meeting for Tuesday, March 23, 2010, beginning at 6:00 P.M. at the Ingham County Road Commission’s Austin E. Cavanaugh
Administration Building located at 301 N. Bush Street, Mason, Michigan. The purpose of the meeting is to meet with
the Board’s legal counsel in closed session to discuss a Settlement Offer from
the Ingham County Drain Commissioner on the Cook & Thorburn Drain
Assessment appeal.
